Description of the Organization The goal of the Harris County Hospital District Mobile Health Clinic is to remove barriers to health care and to promote the continuity of services needed to improve health care outcomes for the indigent and underserved of Harris County. Mission Statement The Foundation mission is to promote the unique character and contributions of the Hospital District, initiate and support new health care, educational, and research services and programs, recognize unique contributions of individuals and organizations that advance the District, and advocate the continuing partnership with Houston's business and community leaders who have helped build and support this fine community resource since its inception. |
