Harris County PHES Immunization Outreach Mobile Unit

Description of the Organization:
The Harris County PHES Immunization Outreach Mobile Unit is available to travel to Harris County (excluding City of Houston) locations to provide childhood immunizations. The Mobile Unit can schedule immunization events at schools, community centers, grocery stores, shopping malls, apartment complexes, etc. The Mobile Unit’s target age group is 0-3, but we serve children of all ages. The Mobile Unit can set up indoors, or will operate out of a mobile van once it is delivered (estimated delivery date is May, 2004). Mission Statement
The Immunization Outreach Mobile Unit will ensure that immunization services are available and accessible to all residents of the community through direct delivery, collaboration, and referral. |
