Search for a Breast Health Provider
Welcome to the award-winning Breast Health Portal, an interactive mapping and service locator tool which allows researchers, planners, policy decision makers, and healthcare professionals to query breast health related data in real time.
The Portal’s Clinic and Organization Locator allows users to search for providers of screenings, diagnostics, treatment, education, and support services in the state of Texas. The mapping tool houses data for the eight-county Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA); Chambers, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, Waller, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties. Mappable data includes: age, race, uninsured status, and cancer incidence and mortality rates over single or multiple years in addition to sites of service providers listed on the Clinic and Organization Locator. Geopolitical boundaries can be overlaid to create customized and comprehensive maps. Tailored, downloadable reports for a specific location and the overall region are also available for viewing and downloading.
