We seek to provide community health data to diverse audiences through our web-based Community Health Information System (CHIS). We provide this data through web-based community health report cards, interactive mapping capabilities, statistical information on community health, special reports, and community and child health well-being indices. This data can be used to assist local community efforts to use information to advance community health.
